Become A Vendor

The Orillia Fairgrounds Farmers Market is a traditional farmers market. This means that 50% of our vendors are farmers. We have an extension of the market called “The Farmers Flea”, which allows us to accept local artisans and crafters. Depending on the items you make and would like to sell, you will be categorized into either the farmers market or the farmers flea.

Please read the information below to understand our criteria and what it is like to be a vendor. If you are interested in working with us, please use the contact form below and fill out your name, email, and phone number. Please write a description about yourself and your products. The market manager, Sophia, will respond to you to discuss any available opportunities. We appreciate your interest and we look forward to hearing from you!

If you become a vendor with us, you will become a part of a tight knit community where you will be cared for and supported. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with your fellow vendors and customers. You will share your skills and knowledge with the community. You will be a part of fun market events and remain memorable to those who visit us. Our goal is for every vendor to feel welcome, comfortable, and satisfied.

All farmers market vendors must make, bake, or grow their own products.  The Farmers Flea vendors are for artisan crafters.  We do not accept any MLM business structures. We do allow some antique booths (no garage sale items or selling of personal belongings).
